HS-62 (ХС-62) is a tail navigation light installed on Mi-8, Mi-17 and Mi-171 helicopters to provide rear position lighting in accordance with flight safety and navigation requirements. The unit is mounted on the tail boom and uses lamp SMZ-28-24 to ensure clear visibility of the helicopter’s rear position during night operations and reduced visibility conditions.
